Vouchers
Voucher can be spend in store toward Jewellery, Workshops and Commissions within 6 months from the date shown. Vouchers are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Deposit
A deposit may be required prior to booking a Commission, Repair, Workshop or to reserve/order a piece of jewellery from the store. Deposits are NON- REFUNDABLE.
Return
Only jewellery bought from the store can be returned to the store. This can be done within 30 days from purchase. In return, the customer will receive a voucher equal to the value of the return (see section “Voucher” for details). The returned item must be un-used and undamaged and include presentation of the original receipt.
Guarantee
- Repairs are guaranteed 3 months from collection. This covers manufacturing defaults for the repairs undertaken only.
- Commissions are guaranteed 6 months from collection. This covers manufacturing defaults only.
- Jewellery Items are guaranteed 6 months from collection. This covers manufacturing defaults only.
- Workshops: any jewellery completed during a workshop will not be guaranteed for repair.
FREE Silver ring*
Made to order : The Silver ring is 2mm round wire worth £20 with a choice of textures: hammered, bark, satin or polished. Only ONE FREE per order when you spend £75 or more in the shop towards : collection, commission, keepsake and transformation but doesn't include repairs nor workshops.
Only valid for purchase and order made during the period between 1.11.2019 and 30.11.2019.

We keep your personal date for five years. We will then dispose your information by shredding paper records and deleting date files.
